Florine OnLineSM is owned and operated by The M & L OnLine L.L.C.
We may collect two types of information about users: personal information
(as described below) and aggregate information (such as information
about how many users log on to our sites on a daily basis).
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is collected when users voluntarily register for
membership services. These services include receiving electronic newsletters,
using community and communication services, answering surveys, member
weight records purchasing items, and entering contests and other promotional
opportunities provided on Florine OnLine. We may collect personal
information from you in other areas of our sites, including, without
limitation, Ask Florine. We also collect e-mail addresses from users
who send us support mail, request support, or send emails containing
questions, forum entries and personal stories and achievements that
you wish to share with others.

AGGREGATE INFORMATION
One method of collecting aggregate information about your activities
online (such as the pages you access most frequently or the search
terms you enter), and information volunteered by you (such as survey
or registration information), is by tracking Internet Protocol (IP)
addresses. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned
to your computer whenever you surf the Web. The computers that deliver
the Web pages to you automatically identify your computer by its IP
address. When you request a page from one of our sites, our servers
log your IP address.

and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information

CHILDREN & PRIVACY

L.L.C. hereby notifies you that parental control protections (such as
computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially
available that may assist you limiting access to material that is harmful

guardians to spend time with their children online, and to be familiar
with the sites their children visit. At various places on our sites,
we ask whether users are under the age of 18 or 13. The WW Group, Inc.
relies on our users to be truthful in responding to these questions.
INDIVIDUALS UNDER 13
No information should be submitted to or posted on Florine OnLineSM
by users under the age of 13. The M & L OnLine L.L.C. will not
provide any personally identifying information about users it knows
to be under the age of 13, regardless of its source, to any third

The M & L OnLine L.L.C. requests that children under the age of
18 not participate in contests or promotional opportunities, sign up
to receive our newsletters, make entries in Ask Florine or submit or
post any other information to Florine OnLineSM without getting permission
from their parents or legal guardians. If an individual between the
ages of 13 and 17 does so, The M & L OnLine L.L.C. may collect information
(including personally identifying information). This information may
be used for marketing and promotional purposes and may, with the user's
permission, be shared with third parties. If a user or his/her parent
or guardian changes his/her mind with respect to such use, that user,
parent or guardian may stop that use by e-mail request to Ask Florine.
PUBLIC AREAS
Information posted to any message boards, Forums, Ask Florine, chat
areas, chat rooms, clubs and home pages is available to the general
public. Please use caution when posting any such information. All
users, especially those under the age of 18, should be particularly
